- You need 1 bag of of frozen corn.
- Prepare 1 of Jalapenos(fresh or pickled).
Steps to make Jalapeno Corn :
- Pour corn into large microwave safe bowl
- Cut cream cheese into cubes over the corn
- Chop jalapenos and put over cream cheese. NOTE: You can add as many or as little as you want, all depends on how much of a kick you want it to have.
- Microwave for 5 minutes
- Remove and stir.
- Microwave 5 more minutes
